Course overview

Entrepreneurship and innovation are important in all business areas and play a crucial role in the economy. Understanding the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation is essential for identifying new opportunities, allocating resources efficiently and achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, decision-makers must understand the key concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation and be able to apply this knowledge effectively to create solutions to consumer, market, environmental and social problems. This course aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. The unit includes the following topics: Entrepreneurship, corporate intrapreneurs, innovation and creativity, entrepreneurial startups, IT systems for innovation, strategy and succession planning.
