Course overview

In all working environments, substance abuse and addiction does not only have a negative impact on the employee involved, but can also have adverse effects on their families, coworkers, customers, and the overall business. In this course, learners will acquire knowledge on identifying the signs and symptoms of substance abuse and addiction, will be fully equipped with what to do when remedying a possible instance of substance abuse and addiction in the workplace, and will understand how this growing concern can have a significant impact on the bottom line of a business.
